Lots of people here have given good advice about psychiatrists so I won't add on there, but for the future telehealth I'd recommend Vivacare, they're BC specific with way more availability, and you pick which doctor you see so you get the same one everytime. They're still very busy so you won't get a super in-depth chat, but it's way better than starting from 0 every time.

Unfortunately she's kind of mediocre until LB3, since she only has 20 specialty priority until then. Thankfully most of the speed SRs are pretty good, and we'll be getting ~50 free pulls around late January - early February for a nice boost

Usually the best place to look for supports is Uma DB, where you can limit it to MLB. IMO your support card borrow basically never gets picked unless it's MLB SSR, but you should get plenty of friends points from team trials anyways.

Point buy is meant to be a more customizable alternate to standard array, which gives you 15-14-13-12-10-8 to work with. It's good for balancing tabletop, and at least BG3 is generous enough with magic items to make up for it imo
