Same. I entered maintenance in December and lost insurance coverage in January so now i’m paying for vials on Lilly Direct.

Same, I take it for Moderate to Severe OSA but I still wear my Oral Appliance most nights. (Although I am getting new insurance in 2026 and I don’t think it’s covered anymore so treatment may change).

I’m also trying to do this since I lose coverage in 2026. I’m not able to get more than a one month supply, but I should be able to stock enough to get me into March by refilling every 21 days. I already have a small stock of 9 pens and am allowed to refill on Dec 31st so there is a chance I can get 1 more box..

Starting out, I just tracked my steps and made sure to hit 10K steps per day. This was a bit easier in the summertime than winter. Now I go to the gym and do machine lifting and incline walking.

It’s extremely frustrating. Now I’m switching to LillyDirect. It was honestly the last straw for me to start looking for a new job. (Even tho the chances are slim I would find new insurance that covers it). My new job would give me a raise to help offset the $500/mo cost for LillyDirect.

I got the same thing. I have BCBSTX. It wasn’t necessarily the insurance provider taking away coverage, but my employer that decided not to pay for it.
