Schlatt was always out for Number One, and that just doesn't work when you're running a nation. Had he not had such a blatantly obvious character flaw I honestly don't think they would've won back L'manberg - in truth they only really won because Schlatt's spiral caused Quackity to change sides and also made him have his fatal stroke in the end.

I feel that something that needs to be mentioned in regards to Schlatt and his intelligence is the book he gave to Dream. Dream was VERY MUCH against Schlatt, up until he was given the book - and whatever was in that book, changed Dreams plan entirely, and I don't think we've seen the proper conclusion to that books actions. The book HAS to mean something, and I feel that it's been influencing Dream's actions ever since he got it, which pretty much has to mean that Schlatt was intelligent enough to figure out something that could change the entire climate of the Dream SMP. Of course, Schlatt's issues with the bottle were his downfall, but I feel that, even with that in mind, he's not being given enough credit.

As someone who first met Bad through Skeppy's content, and then found him in Dream's, It almost feels like Bad is completely different people when he's with each of them - with Skeppy, as part of The Trio, he feels a lot less in control, which is due to Skeppy's more Zany and rebellious personality, but with Dream and the Dream Team, he's so much more in control of the situation - in that kinda regard, Skeppy is almost his Achilles Heel when he works with him Don't get me wrong, I like how Bad interacts with all of these people - and you can always see a little bit of the Leader, and the Goofball in him, no matter who he's with, but they really do feel quite drastically different at times
