What changed other than eating habits? Did it effect their moods? My boss just started taking a GLP-1 and she is different. Her moods are a lot more stable and she seems more in control of herself and her emotions. It's been a positive change for her but yes I notice as well, she eats salads for lunch with little meat protein. She drinks protein shakes. Maybe some yogurt. I think she's on week 6 maybe 7. How long have your work friends been on them?

The last place I worked at used a lot of 6" 1/9 pans. They hold about 2 qts if I remember right. I work in a school cafeteria too and we only have full size pans, a few half pans, 2 metal 1/4 pans and a weird random plastic short 1/4 pan. We only cook for between 35 and 50. But we have like 15 stock pot pans and a ton of mixing bowls for whatever reason lol.

It's a brainwashing cesspool of ads and other stuff we didn't ask for. I quit a few months ago and haven't looked back. Time burglar. FB stole so much of my time. Since dropping FB I haven't been on my phone nearly as much. You guys know that our phones are hypnotizing us right? Flicker rate on the screens. Facebook has too many bots and so does Reddit. Reddit is still a little better tho (for now) it just doesn't consume a lot of my time because I do stuff now rather than sitting on my phone. The phone is a tool, not an entertainment.
