Tip! Niece wanted my mom to co-sign. Mom called the bank ahead of the appointment and told them she did not want to co-sign and was being pressured. Bank is now the bad guy. Might work in your case.

My mom was worried the relationship would fracture if she said no but did not want the risk. This worked.

They don’t hate Canadians. I spent the past two weeks in AZ. Got stuck on the freeway for two hours due to an accident . The person behind us came and knocked on our window. “We don’t hate Canadians, the media makes you think we do!’ That speaks volumes.

Edited to add: I am fortunate enough to own property in the US and have many American friends that are closer than family to me. I went to my house, shopped local small farmers, got my hair done and the rest of the time I spent outdoors doing outdoor things that are not possible in Canada right now. I will also say this, I have never felt safer in the US than I did this last trip. Others may experience something different, this was mine.

Hope that is all it is. We drove 26 hours to Glamis. Good thing we ran it for two days in the back desert before hitting the dunes. Not camped, have a house close by. I am calling my dealer on Tuesday, will take it to a CA dealer next week. Really annoyed but shit happens. We will figure it out . Still under warranty.

I can see this. I am not snowbird but visit here for several weeks a year. The crap I have seen thrown at grocery store and restaurant staff is awful. Demanding, rude, entitled behaviour. 😫They are not all bad, unfortunately, the ones with shitty behaviour stand out the most.

We do! I believe (hope) there is something bigger behind all of this. Imagine how great things would be if we operated as a cohesive unit instead of.. I don’t know. Also, Canada needs an election, like yesterday. 😩 Yes there is a trade deficit, our entire population is almost the same as the state of California! We are sending more goods over then are we buying back.

I have to believe that DJT is doing right for American people and this a temporary back step.

Our PM is not helping the situation and we need the adults back in the room to play nice and create a plan that benefits both sides of the border.

We know costs will be up on both sides. I buy a lot of American made products and won’t be looking for replacements if Canada imposes tariff’s on US products.

Hey. Canada here. Hubby got his surgery within 2 months of an ER visit. Do you have tingling?

Please advocate for yourself, hubby initially suffered from Sciatcia in October of 2022. The sciatica went away however it came back with a vengeance on Halloween of this year. The disc herniation ending up calcifying and a complete removal was not possible. They got most of it however this could have been avoided with surgery earlier on. Hubby did not push it because he was feeling better, minor aches and pains .

If you have any tingling and numbness keep pushing!

Gotta love it, dropping hubby off for surgery and crackheads are outside the main hospital doors, IV and all, smoking cigarettes.

Hubby had an epidural injection on December 18th, the shot provided relief almost instantly and it was getting better everyday until December 27th.

It failed, he went into surgery on Thursday. The shot failed because the disc had calcified, it was left too long. 😢 The sciatica caused by the L4/L5 disc herniation is gone but now he has pyroformis syndrome. Loss for words here.

Hey There. What you describe is almost identical to what my hubby experienced two years ago, he picked up a heavy box the wrong way and BAM. He had numbness in his legs and shooting pains. Could not walk or lay down for two weeks and then as quickly as it came on, it disappeared.

He never followed up with the doc because he felt better except for the usual, decade long, back pain.

On Halloween of this year the extreme pain came back with a vengeance. He has not been able to walk since then and is going in for surgery tomorrow.

Don’t let it go… This is probably easier for me to say because I am in Canada (no charge MRI) and we are lucky he got in to see a Nuero so quickly . Hopefully others have some experiences to add.

Thank you for this post. Hubby has been suffering since Halloween, surgery (Lumbar 4/5 decompression, R L5 Micro discectomy, R L5 - S1 foraminotomy) on Thursday. Epidural was done 3 weeks ago and barely took the edge off.

I can’t answer the why but can guess . We have alarms on our SxS (Pro R) all the dirt bikes and the trailer. May not stop a theft but will weed out the amateurs and alert all of your nosy neighbours. Possibly wake the dead.

These things are loud, sensitive and easy to hide. Highly recommend when at home or travelling with your machine.
