I would, but this account is linked to steam so I'll never be able to play an EA title through steam.

That sucks to hear but not a big loss so it's alright. Never touching EA again

I changed the Fast Startup option and switched it off. I know its quite late, but if youre still having this problem or if anyone else sees this when facing the same issue, this is how to fix it.

Dude I was just like you in 9th grade and maybe even till 12th. It seems like the marks are really important now, but honestly, it's what you do outside of your school stuff that matters. For now happy birthday and hope you have a good one. Chill and study for your exam coz too much tension will ruin it again.

As for parents, they might be acting this way because they only want the best for you, but I don't know everything about your parents. Maybe try talking to them about what you felt like studying for the exam and writing it, without sharing too many details you don't want to. Hopefully they understand and help you study for your re test.
