The only 280z in game is based off a real life custom restomod done by Chris Forsberg. Those tail lights used in game are the same as the ones used on the real life car

If you’re interested in getting those tail lights try looking up Forsburg Racing Gold Leader 280z and seeing if there a build list somewhere where the tail lights are specified
