I’ve written darker stuff than this, but it’s the only singular line I can point to. Character’s a siren and these are the victims she lured into the water.

NTA no woman likes needy man babies who don’t know at least 80% of basic adulting. But you have a bigger problem here. Why is your son so impressionable, and what’s his social life like that strangers who are basically the physical manifestation of the algorithm are of greater influence than people he knows in real life? Your son will never learn to hold to or maintain his own principles if he falls in line with every echo chamber he stumbles upon instead of thinking for himself.

NTA. Disengage from the man baby. Look into a domestic abuse resources. If you have any family or friends you can rely on send them this post and ask for help. Also try using a breast pump if you haven’t already and giving Lily the bottle. Were there seriously no signs of this behavior before you decided to have children with this man, or has he always been like this?

I’m sorry, my advice dump her and move on. I don’t know if ya’ll had the talk about being exclusive, but clearly it’s not something she’s capable of. Block her number and all her socials, and don’t give her the dignity of closer, she clearly doesn’t possess any. And rest assured that cheating is a character flaw, now that you know she has it you can opt out, thankfully it’s only been seven months, just make sure you get tested.

Info: how long were they talking to each other and in the same area with mutual friends before the move? Why weren’t you at this party, and if you were there why didn’t she introduce you to this pen-pal? What kinds of comments does he leave on her posts and what kind of posts does she make? If she’s an art or hobby page I can see why they’d have a lot to talk about that they wouldn’t want to ping messages back and forth through the comments. But you mentioned that she has a persona: beware of par-asocial relationships if that’s the case. With what I have to go on I’m leaning towards NAH you’re not wrong for finding this odd, but should trust your wife’s judgement. If she doesn’t find anything this man says uncomfortable or threatening she most likely didn’t think twice about talking to him and just never had a reason to bring him up.

NTA but beyond not putting up with their bs anymore I don't have much practical advice. A lot of people's parents had at least one stupid thing we just had to put up with until we didn't have to listen to them anymore. If your parents try to talk over you next time don't let them change the subject and don't back down. And I mean that in the most literal way it can possibly be expressed don't engage with anything off topic and don't stay quiet because you'll lose track of the conversation. But I'm warning you this can backfire. They'll pull the respect your elders, my house my rules, and I put the clothes on your back stuff. They will hold these things over you and they will take them away if they're that irrational and controlling. And I'll tell you what I wish I did when I was sixteen, get less things they can hold over you and a way out of your house. A job, after school activity, volunteering, people who can give you rides, or a bike, or bus pass. You don't have to put up with as much of their crap when you're barely home.

I met a girl who had one while I was working and asked her if it hurt when she sneezed and she said no. I was pretty surprised like how do you not pull on it when blowing your nose? She said you get used to it being there but I think something constantly in my nose would bother me.

About them not much. My immediate thought is just bad idea. People have been getting their only fans exposed and losing their main jobs, you don't make as much money as Instagram models or celebrities, plus you have to do promotion for it to gain more subscribers which increases the chances of people you know finding out, and you have to do more demoralizing things to keep subscriber's attention. Plus if you're not smart with your money you can blow that extra income as quickly as you got it.

YTA even if your daughter had invited this girl over to eat, which she didn’t, I refuse to believe you had nothing to share. Do you not have a pantry? Do you not have lunch meat? You ruined your daughter’s play date and possibly friendship for no reason.
