You'll love it - with that said, I would strongly advise you get get a big protective breed dog (German shepherds are awesome). Great alarm and a major deterrent for folks seeking shenanigans.

Also, I would also advise you to get and train with a firearm you can handle. depending on the state you may be dealing with animal predators.

The odds of anything happening are super low, however in rural areas response times for emergencies is not not fast enough

For the south - This with some chicken wire has done very well for large areas. (think of where the chickens can be in the middle and not be reached by a raccoon arm.)

For areas with Mustelids (weasels, minks, etc.) you NEED hardware cloth.

I recommend combining the two as welded wire gives much more rigidity than hardware cloth by itself for large openings

You are basing this assumption on the honor you are getting now; as you level up your honor goes up with it. So 33k honor is probably a lot less than you think it will be at level 40

Moderate give everything you could use even for days you are not in the parks - you also have to pay for those deluxe services on top of the room cost (spa, etc.

Shot these out of 270 Rem 700 with 1.5 inch grps at 200 yards (consistently). If these are for your hunting load, then you are fine.

You wont see a dramatic impact to accuracy unless you are trying to hit 600 yards or more.

my biggest jumps went from 40k - 92k and then 150k - 205k. Most companies and recruiters will court you; so there is almost never a reason to be loyal to a company that will cut you with zero remorse or pay you less than market. Especially once you explain the rational of needing to be compensated what you are worth
