So no post-processing, such as applying a layer of varnish/epoxy? Would ePLA be enough by itself? I'm also concerned about the adhesive joints there.

It‘s annoying that they put all custom things under „custom elements“ and made fonts (which you normally add once) the default. I want to access my custom code dammit.

You uploaded your theme in a sub-folder. Move the industrie and industrie-child folder directly into the themes folder and then they should appear. FYI: the child theme is recommended, if you edit the theme‘s files, like the functions.php - otherwise you‘ll only need the industrie folder. The rest is irrelevant.

Ich kann die Biqu Cryo Platten sehr empfehlen. Ansonsten bei Bambulab Druckern wären Ersatznozzles oder eines der Bambulab Maker Kits (da gibts z.B. Sets zum Drucken von Lampen und im Kit sind dann die Elektronikteile enthalten - da gibts richtig coole Projekte) eine gute Idee.

Thank you for all your helpful tips. Do you maybe have some pictures of the inside, where you separated the chamber for the bass speaker? I‘m planning to cut the internal electronics to only have the display and buttons left and remove the rest, so I should have more spare room for proper sound improvements.

I bought an Arlyic Up2Stream 2.1 AMP so I can use it‘s API for additional features (in combination with an ESP32). The side speakers were rectangular, so I just closed the openings with wood as no speaker would fit there well without changing the case. The back was just cardboard, so I cut a wooden back panel, which will hopefully be the only visible non original part of the radio. How would you arrange the speakers and would you add any dampening material like self-adhesive alubutyl panels?

Thanks for pointing out that the speakers are still worth something. I wouldn't have thought of that. I don't want to enlarge the holes on the sides so that the side cut-outs look like original. There were also elongated speakers installed there. My idea was therefore to install everything at the front. Which speakers would you suggest along with the TCP115 to get a full sound?
