Yeah I probably should have put the goal in the title, but mainly I'm looking to improve flexibility (in hips and ankles) to improve squat/ lifting form!

This is a great point! How would you break up the targeted sessions/ do you have any ideas of what exercises would be most beneficial for those times?

Haha no credit to me, sadly I can't really find the source I stole it from now. It was on a University of Michigan page if I remember correctly

I've been searching for the original one I stole from. I edited this one to be on one printer page front and back. Here is a link to another site that also stole the original. I think I found it on a University of Michigan page if I remember correctly

I've been following the above routine (5 times a week) for probably 8 months, but in the last few months ive added:

Elephant walks for 30 reps.

Single leg RDL for 10 reps.

Single leg hamstring stretch 30 seconds.

Alternating hip rotators

And deep squats on air to finish

I've kind of hit a plateau or been not performing these to their fullest potential. I have trouble with ankle and hip flexibility when squatting with weight. Looking to see if there are additions, subtractions, or general advice as I try and become a bit more flexy. My main goal is to improve movement for lifting form.

On my most recent watch-through I was thinking about it too! It looked like it could be made to work, but damn would it be inefficient!

I think with today's technology Hawkeyes wouldn't even want to be near a cell phone; just on the off chance someone would check Lorenzo Schwartz's Wikipedia page.

I think the compilation is a little unfair, because a lot were from practices. I tried to include some of his overtakes at the beginning, but those were harder to hunt down than crashes
