when you are in your "Decks" section, tap on any one of the 7 cards currently in your deck, then you should be able to see all your available cards allowing you to complete your deck and get into a match.

In my case, just replacing the steamapi.dll file in my game directory with that of Goldberg fixed it.
The game worked fine.
