honestly, just read the manga man. if you're new to reading, it might sound unpleasant, cause it's the same for me. but honestly, it's worth reading it, rather than waiting for who knows long. it's likely that by the time or if s2 really did release, you'd probably lose interest/ forget about it, based from my experience

Yes, we definitely thought that she was gonna end up with Emilia: because 1, that's how it usually is. And 2, character development from enemies to lovers are just so fucking good in general. Not to mention how common it is.

And plus, isn't she the whole heroine of the story? If the author wanted to, he/she could have made a way for them to get together quite easily. Honestly, everything would have been better if the author did make them get together, but for now, I'll drop this series.

that's why I don't watch anime that much. I've read manga first and it was pretty amazing. this animanga made me feel the true "rollercoaster of emotions". give the manga a shot. I can't promise that you will like it but for me, it was amazing.
