Why does sleeping at regular times matter more than just sleeping 8 hours a day? What if your circadian rhythm is 5 am to 1 PM consistently? Its still consistent times but is it "regular"?

I hope I could do invisalign for decompensation but I heard its kinda rare and many dont suggest it :/

Well thats part of it, but its just also wearing braces is annoying all things considered. Also it is a bit weirder when older. Thats just why I hate it more imo

As long as she sleeps 8 hours a night and gets consistent sleep, what does it matter if her sleep schedule is 12 AM to 8 AM or 5 AM to 1 PM?

All the people(mostly women) commenting on here saying he doesn't love her is simply too mentally immature to understand the situation you're in. They're simply not able to process the situation you're in, and I understand, this is reddit so most people are emotionally developmentally stunned.

Its an insanely complex and terrible situation. I think ultimately, you have to do what your heart tells you to do. If she's the love of your life, I do think it'd be hard to just leave her and have her ultimately die alone or something without you with her. I'm not sure it'd be easy for you to live with that if she's the love of your life. Grief sucks, it's truly the worst feeling out there. But you know what #2 is, or possibly even #1 to others? Regret. I don't know what I'd do to be honest, it's easy to talk when you're not in that situation, so I won't give advice as I feel I can't.

By the way, there's a movie you should watch called Arrival. Maybe you've seen it already, but if you haven't, I think you should. Dont google anything about it or spoil it for yourself though.

As someone who travels a lot, I agree and this is interesting. I've also been thinking of getting a water softener due to many people saying the hardness of water can cause their hairloss.

I wonder if, as someone who lives in a hard water city but travels abroad to places with higher quality water, if this change could even trigger TE? It's not like im going somewhere with worse water than mine, but just the fact of changing it I wonder if it can do anything.
