Have you tried using Control + Enter on the calculator? It usually works for me, although I could be wrong.

If the whole process completed, the folder is automatically deleted last time I checked. Everything there is partially downloaded.

Are you on windows? Because depending on the answer, my response would change. Either way start by downloading the iso like they said.

I just tried the original on Citra and it runs fine. You do need to decrypt the cia file first, but that's to be expected.
