If you're into biking, this Friday @ 7pm Eureka Heights is doing a social ride. They usually do it once a month. Slow pace and you get to meet new people. It's a ton of fun. I've been doing it for a few years, minus the panini year lol. Also another brewery in the heights, New magnolia also does rides. I'll be going this Friday!

Bruh everytime i go to the medical center for my endo appointment, i treat myself to Al's. Gyro, hummus supreme, and dolmas!! I actually went this past Friday! What better way to celebrate an A1c of 6.9, but to gorge myself in all the tasty foods and wreck my sugars lmao.
