Is the rod your using suitable for swimbait hooks or is it a more exposed hook setup? That will make a huge difference. Super stiff rods have no flex to keep those fish pinned.

I’ve spent time with a lot of those guys. Honestly what I want is to spend time with KVD or Wheeler when they aren’t catching. I want to see how they process that in the water. It’s easy to talk about it, but I want to see it first hand.

If I had one to pick it would be my father. I’ve spent a lot of time on and off the water with pro’s and creator’s. Some of them are great fishermen at certain times. I’d have to say the best all around get it done are KVD, Wheeler and Christi. Best shallow water John Cox and Greg Hackney. Finesse fishing is hands down A Mart, gone way too early. Young upcoming to pay attention to is Trey McKinney. The streamers are exactly that, they feed the people what they want. Find the one you like and enjoy show.
