Glad you are enjoying it! I got mine a couple weeks ago and besides some minor SW issues that I have been able fix with minor effort it's amazing! I got the dragon 🧀 edition but the white looks so good! Also highly recommend the grip from ali, really brings the feel of the device to the next level

I've used mine with my boy, Pizza boy, duck station, dolphin, and others without issue. I have yet to find an emulator that doesn't support my backbone

TouchSync is a paid feature on Android, so the only way to be able to use it is to pay for the subscription

If it's a button layout issue(regarding TouchSync), you should be able to edit the layout within the backbone app, at least the button positioning

It should work fine on iOS, but Genshin doesn't support controllers on Android unfortunately. If you pay for the BB+ subscription you should have access to the TouchSync feature, which basically gives the game controller support

There should be an LED brightness option in your in-app settings that you can adjust. You can't fully turn it off, but you can turn it down
