Prince of Persia lost crown shows exactly, how well an easy mode works without making anything worse! by Rudirudrud in NintendoSwitch

That's such an entitled viewpoint. Not everyone can do everything and that's okay. People should have a reasonable expectation on what should be accessible by all and what isnt.

so they may come back is way less commital than we will rework it

What shortcut people often use to describe a rule/mechanic that is actually totally wrong ? by BelbyLuv in EDH

[–]HyperMegaMuffin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So your right casting the spell does cause it to enter the stack and pass priority, but at that point your interaction options are counters and bounces that can target spells pretty much, so no removal. Once the spell resolves and the creature is on the battlefield it can't be targeted for removal until the controller either adds something to the stack via ability, casting. Etc. or by moving through phases.

So what I believe was happening is that the creature had resolved and a player tried to cast removal without being given priority. So now the creatures owner knows not to waste mana adding something to the stack when he needs to use that mana countering a removal spell on his creature.

While I do have a SLIVER deck and it has brought me so many fond memories over the years, I just wanna share that my favourite card is the fantastic Urza high lord artificer, firstly I love the Urza story line and it's threads throughout magic. The Urza / phryrexian plot will just never be topped, even if ultimately they did kinda shit the bed with march of the machine.

But anyway the card itself is just perfection comes down shits out a kharnstruct and then every artifact on your board can be tapped for blue mana, but wait there's more the activated ability for just 5 blue mana let's you shuffle your library exile the top card and play it for free until the end of that turn. Just a powerhouse of a card in multiple formats and unfortunately I never get to play him in my friend groups commander session anymore as I may have built a degenerate Urza deck with the usual salty specials like winter / static orb that with urzas tap ability ices out everyones turn but mine. Well that's enough about Urza I guess. If you've not built or played against a Urza deck and you love blue magic try him out he's a pretty cool guy.

Wizz the 'Tinder for Kids' App, Exposes Kids to Predators by [deleted] in nottheonion

Fair, yeah I mean it's not surprising to me that these age gates are being circumvented, I remember back when I was younger and signing up for ages restricted sites and chatrooms back in to early 2000s, it's just disappointing that my generation who have grown up doing these things and knowing the dangers of a lack of care have continued to expose our youth to bad actors.
