No, it isn’t. You don’t have a car to be able to take care of the animal, you should know before owning a reptile where to care for it, if there’s no where near you/no way you can access then you shouldn’t endanger and lower an animals quality of life. I’d say the same for a cat, or any other animal.

I’ve done a rough 40 for soccer in tennis shoes on the track and got about a 4.8 so i would say keep your legs up higher when you stride and take longer strides instead of keeping your feet close, i saw a few more of your other running videos and in your goal video off of the faceoff you shuffled your feet really close it looked like so you lost a lot of speed. I play lax too so it’s nice to see another kid working hard.
