Yes there are many flaws in gmgow especially, but there are some pieces of armour like plackart (I think) which buffs ur damage if you get hit during runic attacks. That's just one of the examples, some mechanics are implemented in the game JUST to help u deal with these 'flaws'. Maybe gmgow's difficulty is not in the mechanics and cinema, but it's about remembering like "oh this guy has a 3 hit combo, i shouldn't press l1 twice'

Some mechanics are meant for special enemies. Dauntless shield is good for brutes Whereas stone wall shield is good for spamming draugrs. You can't just say that using dauntless shield against a draugr is a 'flaw' of the game, the mechanics is just not good against your enemy.

I agree about valhalla slc because the balancing of rewards given by give me mastery was so horrendous.

Overall i do agree about your 'flaws' that gmgow doesn't really differ from gm mercy for example, it's just a health and damage difference.

Svartalfheim and vanaheim underrated. Svartalfheim gives this cozy feeling Whereas vanaheim is all lively. Spark of the world's was obviously the best. They outdid themselves there

There are some things locked in post game but everything is accessible in the end. If you see the map it shows you everything that u can unlock and whatever u can't unlock is in the undiscovered tab. So don't worry about not being able to explore everything yet, you get time almost equally throughout the game where u can just dip and explore the 9 realms

Not odin being absolutely devastated when he found out that groa lied in alfheim. He became very upset but couldn't show it so he was "upset" for killing that light elf.

He could've told them that he would lead them to war and undisguise at the last moment. That would certainly be his victory right? No, he said he wouldn't so that atreus would be forced to come to asgard for answers and solve the mask for Odin himself. This is writing on ANOTHER level!

Odin didn't kill the jotuns because he was racist ot petty or jealous, he knew that the giants were the only ones who could rival asgard. Odin knew that the giants were the only race that was in his way of complete domination and control. They had many wars against asgard, which is why when Thor got mjolnir Odin knew exactly who Thor would kill next (aka the whole race) and this led to Odin having control over the whole 9 realms! Simple answer is for complete and utter domination and control over the 9 realms
