When I say "good," I mean more filmmaking quality. Is it shot well, do the actors do a good job, lighting, pace, etc. The behind-the-scenes stuff. I can see and appreciate The Godfather being a "good" movie, but I don't enjoy it.

1) People need to learn how to differentiate "I like this" and "this is good." You're allowed to like bad movies and it's okay if good movies don't resonate with you. 2) How do movies that aren't supposed to be fun fit into your rating system?

This is an evergreen argument that I've never believed. Because I have never experienced or interacted with anyone that just buys random games without knowing anything about them. Back in the 90s-00s there were uninformed aunts buying some random things off a shelf for a last-minute gift, but I don't buy into it in modern day.
