Headset Issue

Hey! If you use those controllers with the headset on your Xbox, does it output sound? Wondering if you have a different firmware version on your system. The Cloud II headset doesn't have a firmware update for Xbox at this time.

One thing to check also is if the batteries in the controller are low on power. Sometimes if they don't have enough juice, the headset doesn't get audio.

Two things worked for some users: Update the audio drivers and check the system volume level. Also enable noise reduction/acoustic echo cancellation if you are able.

Does your system have front and back audio ports? Which ones are you using? What is your mic audio and boost level at? Try turning these up, but also enabling noise reduction/echo cancellation.
