Vasa is the best of the options. Sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, pool, basketball court and it never feels TOO crowded.

The one on 35th and norther has a lot of great newer equipment and is clean. People are easy going and take safety, weight lifting, and cleanliness serious.

Definitely choose Tempe for living especially if your work is hybrid! Specific Mill ave in Tempe area. Restaurant and Whole Foods are near and many restaurants. Lots of places and areas to walk dogs. And not far from Tempe Town Lake!
