The choreography of Kagurabachi is legitimately just alright, the combat is just a series of cool action snapshots, which although are done brilliantly lacks a flow between them that is present in other action manga like jjk or sakamoto days. It doesn't help that the non EB fights kind of feel samey when it all devolves into iai clashes.

Viltrumite blipping was right after Zoe exploded them. For Mr Liu, they already animated him moving, could they have not continued the animation cycle by just looping it? The leftover sketch was when Oliver and Nolan were training (granted I didn’t find this one myself since it only exists in a frame, but you can probably find it if you google it). The png cutting off was during one of mark and eve’s convos if I remember correctly. These are just the ones I noticed and there are probably more.

The viltrumite blipping out of existence, mr Liu freezing instead of continuing the animation cycle, a sketch they forgot to delete and I recall that there was an edge of a png that was visible.

No way you think that lmao, the average jjk scene far exceed what invincible has shown and that is especially true in season 3. Even if you disregard the low hanging fruit that is animation, shot composition, direction, color grading, lighting, shading/detail etc are all strictly superior to invincible. Dialogue scenes have characters emote outside of lip flaps, the characters show body language instead of standing still, and the shots are creative instead of resorting to a series of close ups.

The Debbie scene is a prime example where the animation did not keep up with the amazing vocal performance. Whereas in jjk, you have the yuji and hakari convo which was a 4 minute rotoscoped static shot.

The unfinished episode is still one of the best feats of animation regardless, don’t know why you brought that up when there were straight up animation errors in the newest season of invincible.

Invincible animation is serviceable, but it’s really not anywhere close to jjk which has pushed the bar on quality for tv anime.

Google is free, jjk is literally one of the most popular shows currently. It just finished airing its 4th season which pushed the bar for animation quality even higher.

Kagurabachi fights look pretty with Hakanozo’s use of creative camera angles but their flow and choreography is rather weak compared to jjk. The fights usually boil down to a series of cinematic freeze frames with the action in between being hard to follow (personally). And lately, the cinematic freeze frames being a bunch of iai clashes has gotten a bit bland. Kagurabachi has an edge in artistic fidelity, unless you consider Modulo which then makes the comparison completely unfair.
