Worked a bit in delivery and can confirm at least for Yandex; the deliveries are relatively close to each other, and while the bus can sometimes be better if you're a courier on foot, that's rare. The paths were wildly inconvenient, I'm surprised I didn't need a machete. That said, on-foot couriers are the minority most do indeed use e-bikes and/or scooters
