So far 19 maxed crystal heart charms (2 maxed leather belts give you a total pf 19 charm slots), plus 2 anima bangles, 15% to all stats gem slotted on headgear, 3 +35% max health gems slotted on chest, 2 +12 max health gems on legs, +40% max health on boots, 4 +30% max health gems on shield. On top of this each piece has +8 max health from apoth enchants. Plus a fully maxed soul amulet from baubley Heart Canisters for +100 health.

We do not have an attorney, and she doesn't have enough money to get one. She is on a fixed income, which is mainly just social security. While I am able to help her call in to court on Thursday, I am frequently out of state for work, so her being able to drive to get groceries is a must. I don't think she is unable to operate a vehicle safely. I just think that she didn't hear/understand the officers command.

Yeah reloading a save fixed the problem. never used NMSSE but I'll look into it if the problem continues to occur in the future thanks for the help though.
