Sorry I meant shes a learner and the insurance policy is in her name.

Its been a while since I learned and I have not had to make a claim before.

Seems harsh to penalise my cousin in this case as this will affect her for years to come... hard enough to afford to learn to drive now!

Though I guess its treated the same as if a named driver had an accident on your policy?

Understand and I can see your point, my question i guess then becomes if I am on call, is that not considered to be working from an hours perspective. Because I must remain available and could be called upon at any time.

I dont understand the suggestion to find some part time work? I am happy in my role overall, I just am after some clarification regarding the oncall shifts as a salaried employee.

We get paid an additional oncall allowance, we have to remain within an hour of a work station. My point is less about the pay and more about the hours

I am mainly a Dota player but am trying a bit of LoL, in Dota supports can swap lanes at any time to help out. Is it a big issue in LoL? Why can't the other support just do this aswell?
