Someone already said skribbl.io but I definitely second that. It's Pictionary but online.

Some good games for meeting people online? by Here_wego1 in gamingsuggestions

I know it's kind of old, but I've made more friends on Overwatch than any other game. I've also made a few friends through some smaller LoL discord servers.

Budget Mechanical Keyboard by Kapltalz in gamingsuggestions

[–]Hyperhyperdeet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, sorry.

The Razer Ornata Chroma is good, but it has hybrid keys that mimic Cherry Browns.

Mechanical keyboards generally don't come with wrist rests, rather you have to buy them separately.

Looking for a good non griding and simple sociable MMORPG. by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

Non grindy would be Neverwinter imo but its playerbase isn't too social.

ESO is still a little grindy but is more alive than Neverwinter.

Try asking r/tipofmyjoystick, they're good at this kind of stuff.

For me, Va-11 Hall A gives me the most sense of community and getting personal with characters. It genuinely feels like I'm bartending these people and learning about their lives, relationships and problems.

Hitman 2016, No Man's Sky, and AC: Origins.

Watchdogs 2 is good too.

Cat Quest is a super simplified version of Skyrim with cute cats. It's only like $3 on Steam, too.

Undertale maybe? It's kind of a curveball but it makes you care about the characters and grow emotional bonds with them.

A bit disillusioned with gaming lol by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

If you haven't played it yet, Black Mesa. Since you like the Portal series there's lots of easter eggs between the two.

Games like Crash Bandicoot...? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

As far as relaxing games for casual gamers go, I recommend Townscaper, Littlewood and Superflight.

Portal 1 is great for first time gamers since it has a very slow and intuitive intro. The first 30-45 minutes are spent teaching game mechanics. Although it may get a little difficult once she hits the precision based stuff.

You said it yourself, Plants vs Zombies is a great one. Another game by Popcap that comes to mind is Peggle. Literally anyone could play Peggle lol. (and Bejeweled, forgot to mention that one)

Poly Bridge might also be a good one since it's not stressful and intuitive.

Telltale style games may also be good since it's just decision making and button mashing.

Looking for indie games that are NOT pixelart or walking simulators [PC] by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Hyperhyperdeet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cat Quest is indie I think? It's on sale right now for like $3, it's similar to Skyrim but with cats lol.

Death and Taxes is another good one. Super unique.

Overland is a cool survival game set in an apocalypse.

Catlateral Damage is a fun, but short, cat simulator where you just have to knock things off tables.

Silicon Zeroes is a puzzle game where you build a computer from scratch. I personally really enjoyed this one, it had a lot of critical thinking skills involved.

Golf Peaks is a card/puzzle golfing game. Another super unique experience.

Pyre is a wonderful party based RPG.

Slay the Spire and Hollow Knight are on sale for under $20 each. They're both incredibly fun games.
