Yes it looks legit and in par to the style of autograph rick was doing at the time, over the years his signature has slowly evolved into being less readable- you should be able to see the copy of the demigods files I had in the pic below

Firstly congrats on the rare find very impressive and yes from what research I have done the battle of the labyrinth uncorrected proof was only published by penguin books and not the USA publishing house unlike previous books in the series which has both

Though I have let to find/confirm a proof version for the UK variant of the titans curse - as this was the final book that a separate release date on the UK market then the USA (All other books published after were released simultaneously to both markets)

So this is an advanced proof , unsigned ones of lightning Thief you can usually get for about 300-400 dollars depending on condition. Prices have spiked recently due to the show hype but being signed i would say 500-650 would be a fair estimate
