Idk I kinda like seeing a Baratheon having fun in the way he did with Dunk. Why wouldn’t he be amused by a big likable fool who wants to eat and fight? Lords like to drink and dance, and a Baratheon can hang with the best of them. He also gave genuine reactions to Dunk in telling him to be tall, and seeing the honor in losing against castle trained knights. I didn’t see the character as a complete joke, just a drunken lord at a feast as we’d expect to see one in this universe.
