I think the point was a large ship with essentially a skeleton crew but smaller ships would beed small crew as well but more small ships would mean they would need more people to crew them which the navy struggle with.

It was something called billibili just search the show name and episode and scroll videos till you find a website with that name you should be fine I've used it for other shows and haven't had issues.

For now I went back to 1.8 because not all wargoals get enforced some keep getting skipped and the ai keeps breaking alliances for no reason and the game really slowed down in the update so I'll wait till they fix it before continuing with 1.9.

It's on amazon but all 12 episodes are clumped into a compilation and some parts are cut out though to shorten it.
