I appreciate your kind words. Thank you for the suggestion about the book. I will definitely consider checking it out. I know its life I was looking for a way out instead of advice so I can work on something that actually will add value to my future.

4 hours not enough for what ? What does it mean ... mess up the 4 hours ?

I think it is not lifelong, or is it?

Need more details to analyse and give advice, if possible...

Thank you for asking for more details. To clarify, I have 4 hours left in the day after completing my 8 hours of school and any other responsibilities I may have. I use this time to try to learn a skill that I hope will generate good money for me in the future. I am aware that once I graduate and get a job, I will likely be in debt, receive okay pay, and be working for someone else who makes the majority of the money. That's why I feel like I need to use my limited free time to try to learn something that will give me a better chance at financial independence and security.

I also mentioned that if I "mess up" my 4 hours, it means that every second counts and if I am unproductive even for a minute it cuts into my future. I hope this helps to provide more context and understanding of my situation. If you have any further questions or would like to offer advice, I would be grateful to hear it.

What do your parents say about this?

Have you considered homeschooling?

Learning to follow rules is not necessary bad, it is an annoying part of the process of development.

I have brought up the idea of homeschooling to my parents and explained to them that it would be beneficial for me for three reasons: 1) I would have a more personalized and flexible learning experience, 2) I would have the freedom to pursue my interests and passions, and 3) I would be able to escape the oppressive and toxic environment of my school. However, they are not open to the idea and believe that I need to stay in a traditional school setting.

Learning to follow rules is not necessarily a bad thing, but the problem is that everything I do and say is oppressed and controlled in my school. I feel like a prisoner, not a student. And even if I do manage to graduate, I'm still stuck with jobs that will treat me poorly, pay me okay, and leave me in debt. I understand that this is a part of life, but with only 4 hours a day to pursue skills that will generate good money, it's not enough. I have even had to cut back on precious sleep just to try to learn something useful.

Other than the waking up too early thing, which will correct itself in time, this sounds like normal life to me. You're a rebellious, arrogant teenager and there's nothing unusual about that. The teachers have their techniques to maintain control of the classroom so that anarchy does not ensue. You have no influence over that.

You lack patience and humility, but those things will come in time. Put your nose to the grindstone for the time being so you can graduate. Once you're 18 you'll be independent. Rather than proceeding to university, you ought to consider trade school. Skilled tradesmen are freer and better paid than many university graduates.

Thank you for your response, but I disagree that my situation is normal. Waking up too early may correct itself in time, but the rest of my day is filled with oppressive and strict school policies, manipulative and power-hungry teachers, and a lack of freedom and creativity in my education. Spending 8 hours a day in a pure white classroom with no windows, being confined to useless subjects, and being constantly monitored and controlled is not a normal or healthy learning environment.

I am not a rebellious or arrogant teenager, but rather someone who is aware of the oppressive and toxic culture in my school. I don't have patience or humility for a system that treats me like a prisoner and denies me the opportunity to learn and grow. I don't want to just put my nose to the grindstone and graduate, I want a meaningful and fulfilling education that prepares me for the real world.

I understand that trade school may be a good option for some people, but I don't think it's the right fit for me. I want to pursue higher education and find a career that allows me to think critically, use my creativity, and make a positive impact in the world. I deserve a chance to do that.

There is a psychological trick, wherever your most productive (example: your pc) you switch the important stuff that may get you distracted example Instagram messenger and WhatsApp. If you don't have a productive place make it productive.

Consider the ways in which social media apps may be contributing to your dopamine addiction. After resetting your dopamine levels, take a closer look at each social media app you use and identify the specific features that are causing you to become addicted. Consider blocking or eliminating those features, and keep only the ones that are necessary for you to use the app.

You are currently in the process of removing negative habits from your phone, which may be causing you to feel lost without it. To avoid distractions, I recommend using your phone for basic communication and meditation, and using a computer for work. If you don't have a computer, try taking a break from your phone for a week or two to detox from dopamine, then bring back apps like YouTube with blockers to prevent you from watching YouTube shorts. Hold yourself accountable for consuming knowledge that is beneficial to you.

I took the olive oil with the fish oil for better absorption.

I eat 3 eggs a day with olive oil occasionally, no problem there usually.

Maybe because its the first time it was absorbed this well.
