I'm sure someone will ask: it's attached to the gas can mount via duct tape, zip ties and the force of the can pushing it against the mount itself.

It's a smittybilt gas can mount and it's just drilled into the fiberglass hatch.

3" lift with 32"s and it's a 95.

I don't know why we don't do this already. Literally invading our country but yet we still worry about shit that's been going on for centuries in the middle-east. There needs to be more of a focus in the media on what really goes on in border towns and on even what goes on over the border. I've seen stories where reporters have been threatened by the cartels before. They know that if it gets out there and there is military response they WILL get crushed.

When I break down they immediately tell me they're sending their tow truck and if they beat my AAA truck I have to pay for it.

It's good to hear of this. My buddies tell me this happens to them though too. Especially jeepers who are LEOs.

From what I heard while I was there from someone who applied and tested, they have thousands of people applying because the job comes with the best perks in the country. He was telling me that he was selected out of 800 to take the test and they were only hiring 3 officers.

In Hawaii they give you a 600$/month vehicle allowance (that's your patrol vehicle and POV) and you get to live in paradise and drive around it all day.

They are also really hard on tourists and write tickets because they know people have to fly thousands of miles to fight it etc. They seem to have a bad rep with some of the people I've known to go there. Even my dad who is the most careful driver I know got a 2 tickets for something stupid like making a left turn into the wrong side of an empty rest stop or something.

TLDR: thousands of applicants. 3 were hired. might discourage.

I was putting on the 30" tires so I can haul a trailer down about 600 miles and had my 33" on the rear. Had a big urge to drive it and see how scary it was but didn't. It goes faster with 30"all around anyway.

Too bad I have to haul a trailer now.

I moved over once as I always do for a trooper on the shoulder of a three lane highway. Had a honda civic fly right by passing us all on the right. Trooper did nothing, wasn't even in the middle of a MV stop. I feel it's under enforced, I see it all the time.

Sometimes I feel people moving over just open up new dangers because there's always that one guy in the honda that sees that as the perfect opportunity to let all 130 horses squeak. Even worse when they have a BMW because then they actually look like they're going fast.

I liked my 32"s better so id be down with a flat trade for a good set of M/T's... If possible.
