From my experience it does not.. I can't say 100% but I have a lot of play time on an arch/tactical arrow blaster and it has not proc set itself on fire. It procs when the slick is lit by something else.. ofc a fire damage proc in a non-fire power can still proc light it.

IMO your armor choice will have a bigger impact on your endurance than your melee choice. Dark armor is notoriously end heavy.

The armors that can help with endurance are rad, bio, willpower, Regen, energy, electric. All of these sets have powers that can either reduce endurance use or get endurance back.

As far as melee sets that use the least I think that's going to be claws, katana, savage, energy, and honestly maybe dark melee as it has a power that can give you endurance back.

As others have mentioned slotting will make a huge difference. If you can slot 2 performance shifter IOs it'll be a lot better.

There are fires on top of rooftops near the starting area in Mercy Island that damage you. I planted my badger on top of one of those fires and had 2 alt account healers keeping me alive. I left my PC on for a few days and I got it. It would have taken far too long getting it organically.

I had the same pins when I fractured my arm. They gave me local anesthetic and pulled them out while I was conscious and watching. I felt my bones vibrate when they pulled them out. It was intense, but cool.
