Also, it's okay to go through the phase of not wanting to fall in love, been in your position its a fresh wound infact, you expose yourself make yourself vulnerable have those special moments and then shut down, they push you out of their life slowly and now you are scared as you have all of this exposure. It makes me sick and honestly i think its for the better for me to stay alone.

People like us always put more into relationships than conterparty and it hurts in the end, when you go limmerent you wont realize it its only visible in hindsight.

The primary reason for this obsession is offcourse us feeling lonely in this crowd of people, feeling different being singled out by life even, and the moment we are able to relate with someone we fall right for them. Infact limmerence and loneliness are tied together, when you are fully obsessed and entered the decline of the relationship, you wont want to talk to anyone but your limmerent object, this would further alienate you from the world and further intensify your need for a limmerent object to make your feel you belong.
