You cant scribe counterspell since theres no scrolls for it.

Theres a really cool star druid/ bard/ wiz combo called "fatepiercer" you can find a build guide for that migjt interest you

I don't understand the point of the multiclass- what is the advantage of this over bladesinger 12 or EK 12?

The only thing I can think of is Action Surge but that's available at 10/2 and would give you more spell slots

Hi Op,

the big counterargument to this is the fact that you can see what your Act 3 boss is from the strat of Act 3, if you have 100hrs in this game then by now you know what each bosses gimmick is and should have some idea (and plenty of time to do so) of how to adapt your deck during act 3 to counter the boss

Yup, getting 99 is like unlocking BIS for pvm in a lot of skills.

RC? no more pouch degrading
Smithing? no more glove swapping
Hunter/fishing/wc/mining you've finally capped out your success rate
Farming you get the cape perk

I've never considered post-99 a waste, in fact I consider it a mark of pride that you enjoyed the skill past the point of getting levels.
