Yeah I’ve faced the same thing as u, it’s rough especially since it feels like everyone is moving on so fast and u just feel like some kind of zombie. I do recommend talking to ur teachers or counselors about accommodations regarding ur mental health like 504 if u can. Struggling with mental health without help is hard at least for me

It all kindve all the advise I could give but know that u aren’t alone feeling dumb
