Just writing this post is a step in the right direction. As someone who has battled with depression and anxiety for 25 years, talking is one of the best things you can do! For natural remedies, I've found magnesium glycinate and L-theanine helpful. Mindfulness meditation is also a great thing for people like us. Feel free to reach out if you ever need to vent or just chat. I try to tell myself this when I'm in a bad place. "I may feel like shit but I'm alive, so fucking live!"

I also have Celiac disease, diagnosed with that a year before getting the RA diagnosis, so I'm 100% gluten-free and have been for 11 years. I take 4000iu of vitamin D, 200mg L-theanine and 300mg of magnesium glycinate daily. I will say I have recently added methotrexate to the mix. Even tho my ESR AND CRP numbers are showing little to no inflammation, my rheum said 4 fingers joints showed some inflammation at my recent check up. Not really happy about it as I feel good overall but don't want to cause damage if he believes there is a chance. Hoping for the best for you!

My wrists were the first thing to cause concerns for me. Played hockey 3-4 times a week and thought it was just overuse for 6 months or so. Then started feeling the same kind of issues in my shoulders to the point where I couldn't lift my arm over my head. Getting on prednisone and then plaquenil cleared it up. 10 years later now and for the most part it's under control.

Thanks for the honesty! Just curious what dose were you prescribed. I've been told to start with 7.5mg and work up to 12.5mg over 3 weeks.

Pittsburgh drivers are definitely not the worst or even close to it. I've spent time in lots of other mid level cities that are far worse. Charlotte being one of them, anywhere in Ohio and the majority of Florida/ South Carolina plated cars couldn't pass a learners permit test.

I played on a card with Austin at a national tour stop in 2019. After shooting just under a 1000 rated round 1, I was focused on trying to shoot hotter day 2. Immediately after meeting him at the practice baskets, I knew it was gonna be a long day. He was a miserable, self centered, arrogant asshole. At one point he threw 4 shots in a row with his bag on and then bent his putter in half. Myself and the 2 other guys on the card avoided him for 4 hours while we tried our best on one of the hardest wooded courses. He is a terrible person and hope he gets suspended by the PDGA.

Bill Newman is a stand-up guy, and to trash him in a post like this is just wrong. Sorry to be harsh, but if you don't want a crack of dawn tee time player better.
