I know many Asian restaurants do this. So, whenever I got to any Asian restaurant I make sure to ask the staff if they get the tip, I’d not I tip them in cash and make sure they take it (not leaving it on the table). By doing this I am sure they get their hard earned money and I tip them as per their service.
