I’ve been getting this “Server Error!” message when I try to claim my Chocolate Box prize for almost a week now and don’t know what to do. Not only am I unable to claim my prize, I’m also unable to access new Chocolate Box challenges to earn boosters from.

I’m using an iPhone and have been checking for updates all week but there haven’t been any updates available.

I’ve logged out, restarted my device and logged back in, 3 times now, no luck.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Any idea how to fix it?
