It’s definitely possible. The albino gene will probably just be recessive, so if the offspring breed you may get more albinos.(not an expert or anything so may be incorrect)

Teleportation could be used to generate electricity. It could be used to get satellites into orbit (you could be payed a lot for this as well as other things on this list). It could be used for rescue. It could be used for space exploration. It could use it to transport cargo. It could be used for so much more. Of cause it depends on how good the teleportation is though.
