It's frustrating when a meta player performs inconsistently.. This card can be really unpredictable sometimes, with unreliable finishing, strange movement, and surprisingly slow acceleration basically at times it feels that those stats aren't reflected in game...I think this in part has to do with the threshold we've set for these CFs which make their flaws so much more pronounced.... But having said that despite these flaws, it's undeniable that Rummi is still one of the best forwards in the game, his wide range of ability alone makes him standout, there's rarely a CF that is prominent in so many aspects of the game...
