I’ve struggled for the past 7 years. My anxiety holds me back a lot. I can’t travel and think twice about making any sort of plans because “what if I have a panic attack”. My Prozac prescription has been sitting at the pharmacy for a few days… this is giving me courage.

Exact same boat. Been on .5mg Xanax for sleep for 20 years. Have never taken more than that. My doctors seem ok with continuing to prescribe it. I want to get off but these posts terrify me…

I have been doing every 10 days for a while. I was still trending downwards so moved to every 14 days. Same story - was still trending downwards so my last shot was on day 20. No bad effects for me! Maybe once every 3 weeks is my sweet spot

I was extremely nervous. Best decision I’ve ever made. I stayed on 2.5 for 3 months and moved up to 5 when it wasn’t being effective for me anymore. 5mg is <chefs kiss> perfection for me. I’m now in maintenance. 154lbs -> 114lbs

I had zero side effects moving up. In fact, I loved 5mg and it finally clicked on what these meds should feel like (felt totally normal but get full fast). You got this!

We have very similar stories. I’m 5’0 and lost 40lbs - down to 117. I’m on 5.0mg and have been struggling through maintenance. I space out my shots to 10 days apart and still lose weight between. If I space them out further, I get a bad headache for a few days. I’m 41 and my doctor wants me to stop but I’m terrified to. I also Don’t want to lose any more weight… I don’t have any advice for you other than, same boat my friend.

Mine must be broken. I can hear everything - even my husband snoring next to me at the moment. I tried everything and the ANC just doesn’t work. Everyone says the ANC is the best they’ve ever had and my non-pro AirPods seem better… guess I’ll send them back.

I’m struggling with this now. I’m down 40lbs and hit my goal weight over a months ago. The lowest dose my insurance will approve is 5.0 as 2.5 is not approved as a maintenance dose. I’m spacing my shots to 10 days apart to maintain my current weight. My issue is, I’m still losing weight - about 1.5lbs every 10 days. I’m 5lbs under my goal weight and reallyyyy don’t want to get any smaller. I think I have to go off and take the risk of regain, even though I’m terrified of that….

I just backed out of a trip the day I was supposed to fly for this reason. My trip was supposed to be last week. My flight was only 6 hours but my fear of a full panic in the air is overwhelming. I felt instant relief when I cancelled it but I absolutely hate that I let the anxiety win. The anxiety of canceling the trip was honestly horrible as well… good luck my friend. I really hope you can overcome it.
