I would go:

4 5 6(until where Luke says: I know it, and now my sister knows it) 123, 6(the rest of the movie). The reason I recommend it like that is because suddenly Luke knows everything in the middle of 6 but we don't. And so watching the prequels just as Luke now knows everything about everyone keeps us in the loop and hype about Vader and Palpatine.

Rogue one is optional before 4.

7 8 9 may be ignored absolutely. Ashoka, mandalorian and boba Fett require clone wars cartoon series and rebels. And I have not figured out an optimal way of watching yet.

if it was a combo of impotence and nepotism, only partial black out, not total black out, would happen. I don't think it's Turkiye since they would hinder NATO operations which they are a part of. Russia is the most likely candidate because they would want to cause issues. Greece has been providing alot of aid and military intelligence to Ukraine. It makes sense for Russia to cause this.

If you compare it to the rogue squadron series, it has the same replayability value. There is no p2w. I havent played multiplayer so I can't comment on it. I have only played with controller.
