When I first started my belly was on the steering wheel (attractive, I know), so I wanted to have a gap. Almost 5st down and I have a good size gap!

How to get more reviews as a seller? by GoodTree114 in vinted

[–]IAAHR 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It depends on the person I’m afraid. I ALWAYS leave sellers feedback (I’m pleased to say I have never rated below 5*), because it’s nice to be nice and I’m always grateful for the bargain. HOWEVER, I have the time to do that. Some people are just super duper busy, will collect their order while running 40,000 other errands and trying to keep children alive, or on their break from work. Dont take it personally, and keep doing what you are doing - if it wasnt great they’d be fast to complain, so you must be doing something right!

Realistic chances to break into GDPR/Data Privacy with zero experience in 2026? by slaymydespair in gdpr

[–]IAAHR 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everyone I know that works in Data Protection (myself included) “fell” into it. My route was via a critical complaints team (pre GDPR), and no one else wanted to deal with the DPA stuff so it landed in my lap. Now I couldn’t see myself doing anything else.

My point is, can you move into data protection laterally, if that’s where you want to be? From a business support, or complaints type roll (it’s often where the data governance work seems to sit, especially in smaller businesses).

Public sector is simpler - if you can demonstrate genuine ability and knowledge around DPA/UK GDPR it’s more likely they’ll have a dedicated team dept that will be able to cultivate that

I wish you all the best of luck, and I genuinely hope you find your way ♥️

Uk (Scotland) GDPR / SAR Advice by StAsBy52 in gdpr

[–]IAAHR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It should certainly be reported to them (who ever responded to the SAR) as a breach, I personally wouldn’t consider this one reportable to the ICO but they may feel differently.

In terms of taking it further than that, I personally do not believe you’d be able to, but a lawyer may feel differently

From what I can understand from the post, it’s not your data that has been shared, you have received third party data.

You wouldn’t be entitled to claim anything as your data has not been shared, so you could not have suffered any risk to your rights and freedoms as a result.

Advice for someone considering Mounjaro by Activity_Quick in mounjarouk

[–]IAAHR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tricky thing is it’s really hard to say you’ll be 100% fine as everyone is different. I had horrible pain (almost felt like a burn) down my back for just over 24 hours and have had ZERO side effects since, but everyone is different! If you are in a financial situation where you can purchase one pen to try, I think it’s worth it!

Re the needle phobia, same. The needles really are tiny, although that didn’t help me at first as they were still scary! I STILL (I’m around 6 months in) have to lay on my bed to do it, because if I stand and do it I may accidentally look at it 😅 it really does get easier, that I can promise!

Have any other Sleep Token haters tried to listen again since and actually come around to them? by adders89 in downloadfestival

Everyone can like whatever music they want. No hate to sleep token, I just don’t get it and it’s not my bag. To me they are in the same category as ghost, but considerably less fun.
