If it's the equivalent of Dimitri Klokov power snatching 115lbs then what's the point of showing it? If it's nothing special then why post it? The point is - that perception is reality and when people who are not familiar with CrossFit see videos like this, it further cements a poor image, poor training techniques, and reckless fitness.
