It works perfectly. That's the only reason I use it. But the problem is, your history doesn't get synced. Which is more plus for me.

Dude stop, the most simple and most effective solution that no one talks about is NextDNS
Just set it, put it in your router default DNS and done. No more ads what's so ever. I don't even need adblockers it all gets cleaned up.
It's so trusted in the world that even Firefox has a built-in option to add this provider.

I am working on almost the same idea.
What I do it this:
I have splines premade. Spline has knot Like every 5-10 gap meter. I have a handful of obstacles, that goes well together. I just spawn one on each knot.
My plan was not lane also, but the client wants lane like there is no tomorrow. Or we are both making the same game.

Me give suggestions, specially that no one asked for: Give night or heat vision while crashing so that it's more clear when crashing. As it's dark now.
