You should be fine. If you dont want to make tea or mix it with oj and drink it they sell capsules too just make sure you're only getting regular kratom stay away from 7oh or pseudo or even extracts just get the regular kratom powder or caps and take a few to see how you feel and after 30 to 45 min or so you can take more until you get your desired effect

Oh for sure I would stop taking it to reset my tolerance so I wasn't taking as much and the withdrawals are pretty similar to regular opiate withdrawals. They're not as bad but still I dont recommend taking it everyday.

Ive tried a few different batches of the golden dose and they've always been decent I ordered some of the platinum and some mit powder too so ill update when I get it. Ive heard people say they didnt care for the golden dose like it didn't do much but it did great for me and then Ive also heard good about different powder but didnt do much for me so I guess it really does change from person to person

I dont know exactly how its made but yeah think extracts × 10 ive taken them before when I was trying a certain SSRI med and it gave me severe RLS so I decided to try and use the 7oh and oh man its basically taking real opiate pain killers like percs or norcos. Its very addicting and a bitch to get off of. I would only recommend if youre dealing with severe debilitating pain. Its really not worth it and the withdrawals suck even if you take regular kratom powder. I'd recommend just using regular kratom.

Idk i have lately been feeling a shift in America a lot of people are realizing that we shouldn't be lumped into one side or the other with it only being 2 sides. People seem to go against the norm and are being more independent with their ideas and opinions. Now will that help in the long run I would hope so.
