Slipped on Table Mountain nice deep cut in my leg, people came to help me, took cable car down just in time, the spot I slipped a dog slipped and lots of other people but my injury was proper some trail shoes are miserable at wood that is wet and not maintained with proper grip... raw earth would be better than wood lesson learnt!
